     Tom has over 14 years experience consulting in investment management, investment planning and wealth managment.  He joined what is now Wells Fargo Advisors in  1997.  Tom is a former accounting and finance executive, serving as Assistant Controller at Jacksonville University .  He is an alumnus of Georgia Southern University, with degrees in accounting and business administration.  His registrations include Securities (Series 7), and Registered Investment Advisor (Series 63 & 65), and Life and Variable Annuity licenses. 

Tom's involvement in community activities for the last 17 years has included: serving as a mayoral appointment to the Jacksonville Citizens Planning Advisory Committee (Dist. 2), Treasurer of the Hunter's Mill Community Association, a volunteer continuing education teacher for Jacksonville University and the Duval County Community Schools Program, Chairman of the Hendricks Day School Charity Golf Tournament and most recently was involved in founding the annual Deerwood Cancer Tennis Tournament benefiting cancer research.

Tom is married to his college sweetheart, Rebecca Forbes and they have three children: Meghan, Chelsea and Tommy.  The Forbes' reside in the south side of Jacksonville and are members of Crossroad Church.
